Secures your appointment and comes straight off your first hour, so it is not an extra charge. If we can't fix your problem, you get it back.
What that means in practice
- You pay £20 to book a visit at a time that suits you.
- We arrive, diagnose the problem and tell you what is wrong.
- Before we go any further, you know what it will cost.
- The £20 is deducted from your first hour — so an hour's work is £30 in total, not £50.
- If we cannot fix the problem, the £20 is refunded in full.
Things worth knowing
- No call-out charge on top — travel within our service area is included.
- Parts and hardware are quoted separately, and always agreed with you first.
- We will tell you honestly if a repair is not worth the money.
- Business work can be quoted as a fixed price for a project — just ask.
