Most people only call an IT engineer once something has already gone wrong. A support plan flips that round: we keep an eye on things, you get a known number to ring, and you know exactly what it costs each month.

Launch pricing

The prices below are our introductory rates, held until 31 October 2026. From 1 November 2026 our standard prices apply — they are shown alongside each plan, so there are no surprises. You can cancel at any time with a month's notice.

For small businesses

Priced per person, so you only pay for the people you actually have — whether that is one of you or ten. Business prices exclude VAT.

Is a plan actually worth it for you?

Honestly — if you only need us once or twice a year, pay-as-you-go (£36 an hour at home, £60 for business) is probably better value, and we will say so. Plans suit people who would rather ask a quick question without worrying about the clock, and businesses that cannot afford to lose a day's work.

How it works

No long tie-in. One month's notice and you can stop whenever you like.
Billed monthly in advance. Business plans are billed per user, per month.
Business prices exclude VAT; the home plan price includes it. VAT is shown separately on every invoice.
Introductory prices run to 31 October 2026; standard prices apply from 1 November 2026 and are shown on every plan above.
On-site visits beyond what your plan includes are charged at the discounted plan rate, never the full hourly rate.
Hardware, parts and third-party licences are charged separately and always agreed with you first.
We cover Penarth, Barry, Cardiff and the surrounding Vale of Glamorgan for on-site visits. Remote support can go anywhere.
Response times are working hours, Monday to Friday. We are a small local business, not a 24-hour call centre — and we would rather promise what we can genuinely deliver.
