Common jobs at a set price, so you know what it costs before we begin. No hourly meter running, and no surprises at the end.

Most people worry about the same thing: not the price of an hour, but how many hours it might turn into. So each job below has one price and a typical time. If a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you before going any further — and you decide.

IT Surgery Appointments

Any problem, any device. Half an hour to find out what is required and what it will cost. If we can fix it within the 30 minute session we will. £25 at your home, or £20 if you come to us — and it comes off your bill.

Remote IT Support

We connect remotely while you watch and fix your IT issue. Cost agreed before we start — no fix, no fee. £30 an hour.

  • £50 90 min Security — malware scanning, application reviews, password & authentication management & more

Lessons

Anything you would like to learn, at your own pace — computers, phones, getting online, staying safe, or using AI. Tell us the subject when you book. £35 an hour, for as long as you would like.

Advanced IT Services

Get in touch if you want help with advanced IT systems at home. We can help you set up Network Attached Storage, home servers, IT test labs, self-hosted AI models & agents, small business systems — or anything not listed here. Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can help, and what it takes. Quoted individually.

What is and isn't included

  • All prices include VAT. What you see is what you pay.
  • Parts, hardware and licences are extra, and always agreed with you first.
  • No call-out charge anywhere in Penarth, Barry, Cardiff.
  • If we can't fix it, you don't pay — the booking fee comes back in full.
  • If a printer or computer is beyond economic repair we'll say so, rather than charge you to keep it limping along.
  • We never ask for banking passwords, and never enter payment details on your behalf.
