Every job below has one price and the time it is expected to take, so you can see what you are buying rather than watching a meter. If something turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and tell you before going further — you decide what happens next.

Not sure what's wrong or what you need? Half an hour with us to diagnose the problem and advise. If we can fix it in the session we will; otherwise we'll recommend a fixed-price service or quote, and the £25 comes off that job.

Advanced IT Services

What is and isn't included

  • Booking takes a £5 fee, deducted from the final invoice — the rest is invoiced when the job is done. Need more than one service in a visit? Ask for a custom quote rather than booking twice.
  • All prices exclude VAT, which is how most businesses prefer to see them. VAT is added on the invoice.
  • Hardware, parts and software licences are extra, and always agreed with you before anything is bought.
  • Travel within our service area is included in the price, and the £5 booking fee comes off your bill.
  • Migrations are quoted rather than fixed. Moving a server or a mailbox is where the surprises live, and a fixed price would only mean one of us losing.
  • Work not on this list is charged at £60 an hour + VAT, or quoted up front — tell us about the job and we will come back with a price.
  • If you would rather have ongoing cover than pay per job, our support plans include a reduced hourly rate.
